Each rental comes with a unique access code, so you can pick up or drop off equipment anytime, day or night, without having to wait on anyone. As the top rental house for Aputure lights in the area, we focus on providing high quality gear and service that helps your production run smoothly. Pick Up & Return Policies: Pick ups: Start at 2:00 PM. Returns: Due by 12:00 PM on the agreed return date. Late Returns: Late returns will incur a surcharge of up to the full daily rental rate per item. For uncommunicated late returns beyond the agreed return date, charges will escalate to 200% of the daily rate, per day. Early Returns: While you’re welcome to return equipment early, the full rental term will still apply, and no partial refunds will be issued unless agreed upon in writing. Non Pickups: If any equipment doesn’t fit your requirements, your vehicle, or is left behind after pick up, the rental charge still applies. We understand plans can change, but it’s important to plan ahead for all involved. Changes & Cancellations: Item Swaps: If you need to swap an item during pick-up, it will be treated as an add-on, not a clean exchange. Additional charges will apply for the newly added item. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up are non-refundable. Adjustments Post-Booking: If you need to add or remove any items to your booking after it’s confirmed, Let us know via message and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but all additions are subject to availability and might require separate booking to stay kosher for insurance coverage. Damage & Loss Policy: All equipment must be inspected by the renter at pick-up. You must notify us immediately if items are missing or malfunctioning to avoid additional fees.
