As a Sierra Leonean Prince and a PG. County, Maryland Native, the dual world artist, Dreemy Alpha has taken the Rap/Afro industry by storm. Although very intelligent and book smart, he spent many years engulfed in street culture, being raised in a single mother household, Dreemy had to manuever behind multiple successful Rap entities as he built his own brand, using his Graphic and Cinematography skillset to help others grow. He easily was a standout in any situation, being able to interject positive yet witty bars into griddy topics. His peers easily knew he was destined for greatness. His music caught on around sets/studios and became encouraged by DMV Hometown Heroes, Fat Trel, 3ohBlack, WillThaRapper & more to take his music more seriously. His lyrics and word-play is impeccable accompanied with his smooth nostalgic melodies, he is a true hybrid artist who is able to make any song more appealing. Which is why it was no surprise his first Official Debut Single, K.I.L.L.A, quickly climbed the charts to #40 on iTunes & Billboard. The Album, RE- LOADN, also debuted at #13 on the charts as well. Legends such as T-Pain have taken to Twitch/Twitter to show their support, reacting to the Hit Record in excitement. After reconnecting with his father and a few trips back to Sierra Leone, Africa, Dreemy discovered he was next in line to become the next Komrabai (King or Chief of all Chiefs) in Port Loko. Embracing his roots, Dreemy decided to begin to make Afro Music as well, which has been in some cases recieved better than his highly regarded charting singles! His most recent project is his most ambitious vision to date, The Dark Kingdom, a Anti Hero film with a pre-released soundtrack! Dreemy is the bridge between both worlds: American Street life and Africa, allowing his listeners to understand that although most black people live in poverty, we are all Kings & Queens who are meant for something more.
