I have been lead producer/editor at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica for six years now - running a small production unit and doing all post in-house. We mainly do mini-docs for the web on the hundreds of research projects RAND does each year. I'm also shooting interviews for a feature-length doc I'm producing on the side.
