Isaac was on time and very communicative. He did have an issue with a piece of gear breaking while on set - and he was so quick to attempt to order the replacement before return - and when realizing it would take longer, cash app'd me immediately to order the replacement. He took great care of the rest of the gear, would rent again in a heartbeat.
