I'm a multi-disciplined independent filmmaker who prides himself in the art of writing, directing, and cinematography. My work has been recognized internationally and screened at multiple festivals. I am also the founder of Kickphase, an independent film production company whose mission is to craft cultural-defining films that reclaim, redefine, and reinvent the Black mind through artistic, imaginative, and authentic portraits of blackness. I've received a B.A. in Cinema/Television, have taught university-level film production courses, and have run and maintained a multi-million-dollar performing arts center and film equipment rental office.
