Everything went relatively smoothly. Gear came back in the same condition it left in, thank you Jeff for taking good care of the gear. Only communication hiccup was around the scheduled return, because things were complicated by west indian day parade traffic restrictions. I dont hold that against Jeff naturally, but communication with his friend/colleague who was returning the gear was not the easiest. His friend said multiple times that he was returning the gear on labor day despite me offering him a later return. Turns out I had to text his friend at 7pm to find out he wasn't coming that day but the following morning. At the end of the day no harm no foul but communication was not seamless. Again this was not with Jeff directly but with his friend/coworker who was picking up and dropping off the gear. Not a big deal just an honest review, would rent to Jeff again.
