So this was a very bad experience, Junting first of all when I was going to pick up he told me that he couldn't give me the microphone that was promised (Later I told him that it was fine and he didn't have to discount it) But who rents something and then on your way he tells you he cant give part of it to you. Absurd.
Then when the rental was over I wanted to give in person but couldn't until later on Monday. So he wanted to do Uber I sent it Sunday night by Uber, he checked everything and said "Thank you"
"Everything is good"
"Whats your venmo" (to give me 20dlls for the mic that wasnt connected)
I explained it was ok, and that I hoped to rent again.
Monday at 2pm he texts about his SD card. He thinks I left mine in the camera and I have his. I haven't checked and because I have the wrapper of the recently bought card which I checked before sending the camera I was completely sure. But again in the spirit of getting over with this I told him that thats fine and we'll exchange. Tuesday came around and asked about when can we exchange I said my windows of time that I could meet up or him pick up.
He answered aggressively and talking about his time and energy? Because he had to check the card? Beyond me.
I paid for the uber that cost 50dlls to get him his card, and then 50 dlls back to bring me back my card.
I never leave any comment and really dislike online dueling, but it just sucks to have someone bring their tone and aggressiveness to a conversation that honestly was done from the start, there was no negotiating I did what he wanted and that was it. Bad experience would never rent again.
Renting to Junting was great! He is a pleasure to deal with, has great communication, took great care of the equipment, picked up and dropped off on time. Highly recommend!
