Renter arranged for gear to be picked up/dropped off with his family member & was very accommodating with pick-up/return location. Gear was returned in same condition. There was a slight mix-up on return time (was renter's first time renting thru ShareGrid), but overall, a good renter.

Everything went smoothly, would be happy to rent to again. Gear all made it back and looks great. Thanks for taking such good care of the gear!
