Everything went very smooth. Very professional across the board. Had a minor issue with rented camera while on set and called Make Media. Got it all straightened out very quickly. They always answered the phone through the process and were very helpful.

derek is a wizard! he walked me through how to setup the camera i was renting with the gimbal, in a way that easy to understanding, and less daunting. he knows a lot about shooting, and is down to give recs, if needed. plus, the rental process was super smooth. will definitely rent from again 👍🏾
