Unless pre-arranged, the gear is available at noon (12pm) of your request day and is due at 12pm on your return day. PLEASE NOTE: Gear returned past 12pm WILL incur late fees at 10%/hour of lateness. 2. Rentals cancelled less than 24h from pick up (example: you book to pick up Friday but cancel on Thursday at 1pm) will incur 20% fee of the per day rental as we reserve the gear just for you and might not be able to rent it out to others on that day. 3. To ensure we have your gear in stock, please book as early as when you know your shoot is a go. Thank you!
