Pretty straight forward. We had to pick up the lens early at noon, was charged an early pick up fee. Dropped off the lens a few hours later due to the drive down from blue ridge. Was charged a late return fee (another day fee). The experience was sufficient.

Everything was awesome, the teleprompter worked great for us on set and Mark was very accommodating with pick-up and return. Looking forward to renting again!

Mark was super responsive and helpful during the whole rental process. He made everything easy and stress free when renting. I even had to extend my rental due to a shoot going longer than expected and within minutes he pushed back the return date. Definitely would recommend any and everyone renting from him in the future!
