We did have an issue with the H6 recorder but were able to get a replacement in a timely manner

They went above and beyond making sure that we had all the necessary accessories, and also helped us out in a time crunch. Highly recommend.

Everything went extremely smooth with the the whole process and he even went above and beyond when I was in a bind and needed to rent another piece of gear short-notice.
