Welcome to Bad Neighbor Studio & Rentals! We are a film equipment rental house located near Old Town San Diego just minutes from the San Diego International Airport and Downtown. We carry brands such as Arri, Red, Sony, Blackmagic, Canon, Aputure, Astera, Zeiss, SmallHD and more! Happy to make custom packages, just ask. We can't always guarantee items are available when given short notice. -We prefer if you book the order with theft and damage insurance coverage please. -Rentals are available for pickup from our location on the pickup day at 1pm or later. -Rentals are due back on the return day by noon or earlier. You will be charged a late fee if you return later than noon on the return day unless otherwise agreed upon. -We do have a prep space available upon request. -We can do delivery and pick up anywhere in San Diego County for an additional fee. -We are flexible and want to make your rental work so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
