MEGA Event Production is the West Coast's fastest growing full service event production company. We stock and maintain a huge selection of high quality audio and visual equipment for our events, and have a wide selection of props, backdrops, and decorations to suit any occasion. Our rental equipment is the latest available utilizing the newest technology from the biggest names in sound, video, and lighting. This ensures that we can offer reliability and safety in our products, and you and your guests will appreciate the neat and polished finish of all our items. We have full time AV technicians on staff to ensure our larger events run without a hitch, and source the best vendors and sub contractors available. RENTAL TERMS: We are open for rentals Mon - Fri only. Larger rentals may be available for pickup over the weekend if staff are available. Rentals must be returned by 12:00 noon the following day to avoid late fees. Weekend pickups must be picked up between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Friday. There is a MINIMUM total rental of $100. Please don't try to just rent one single mic or a backdrop as your order will be canceled. Rentals DO NOT include consumables including fog/smoke fluid, snow juice, haze fluid, bubble fluid, and gasoline. Certain rentals REQUIRE the use of our provided fluids, for which we only take payment directly. Delivery fees are also charged directly. Our office is in Newbury Park next to Amgens' main campus. All rental pickups and dropoffs go to this location unless arranged beforehand.
