Smooth Pick-Up and Drop Off, easy communication thoughout. Oscar rented a set of 4 Cine150 Batteries from us, unfortunately, none of the batteries powered up their camera on set - it remains unclear why. All batteries were tested and working fine with our cameras (Amira, Alexa Mini) before pick-up and at delivery. We issued a refund. Hope we can make the next rental work for everyone. Thanks
