Welcome to Reel Rentals! Please read the following and feel free to ask about new inventory or our kit rentals! Equipment pick-ups are 2pm-5pm. Any pickup that is scheduled before noon will get charged an additional rental day. Drop-offs are due back by 12pm on the day of return. Any drop-off that is made after 2pm will constitute an additional rental day unless otherwise agreed upon. Saturday & Sunday shoot days will still count as one shoot day. Delivery / Pick-up is available if discussed beforehand. A delivery or pickup (one-way) will cost $20 or 10% of the one day rental rate of the equipment, whichever is greater). Cancellation Policy: 1) Orders cancelled within 24 hours of pick-up are subject to the full service charge. No refunds. 2) Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pick-up are subject to half the service charge. A partial refund of 50% will be reimbursed to the renter. 3) Orders cancelled more than 48 hours from the start date, or within 2 hours of the request being accepted will be fully refunded. 4) The Sharegrid Community Fee applied to rental is non-refundable in all but the 3rd situation listed above.
