Bad. I needed the item, and we agreed on a time and place, but when I got to the pick up spot there was complete radio silence. I called several times, texted, emailed, and nothing. I waited for 30 minutes even though I needed to be elsewhere and got no response. I ended not being able to pick up the item at all. Very unprofessional.

Terrible communication. Twice drove 2hrs to meet him at the exact time we agreed and both times never answered his phone or came out to meet me. very unprofessional and u flakey. Returned his generator and he said everything looked great and ran great as he tested it Right there and yet he still tried to file equipment damage with Sharegrid stating the machine didn't work and was dirty. Sharegrid has my report on him and denied him of his damage request and flagged his account. I've rented dozens of times from Sharegrid and this is only individual I've ever had an issue with. Very sad!
