Ryan made pick up and return very easy, was easy to get a hold of and was accommodating to my schedule. His studio is surprisingly easy to park in front of for being so centrally located. His gear is in good condition and well packaged, he even was able to add some additional light modifiers to my order to help me get the results I was looking for. Love someone who keeps little extras like spare batteries and adjustment tools in the equipment bag just in case. Would definitely rent from him again!
