Overall very solid renter! Sam's communication has been fantastic. Everything was picked up and returned on-time too! Sam's team returned the teleprompter a little bit in dis-array with some parts strewn about the pelican case, however nothing was damaged and it all went back together again. In the future, we'd request for items to be returned as it was packaged going out. Overall positive experience with Sam and would love to rent to him again in the future!
