Our rental packages are open for negotiation, and we can create custom packages upon request. Our University District Production Facility in Seattle is located near the Link Light Rail Train Station at 45th and Brooklyn Ave NE. The 3000 square foot facility includes a sound stage measuring 30'x30'x12', suitable for interviews and multi-camera chat setups, as well as brick walls, color panels, Shoji screens, and a 20x20' speed rail grid with overhead electrical supply. We also offer production services, led by Steve Hyde, a cinematographer and Emmy Award® nominated producer. His work has been featured on television networks and online magazines, and he has served as an additional cinematographer on various films. In addition to his work as a cinematographer, Hyde produces low budget documentaries and branded content for non-profit organizations. Steve Hyde Films LLC is a boutique production service that specializes in below-the-line production work and equipment rentals.
