From the beginning, Steven was very responsive and accommodating. Rented 2 Lav mics from and they were in perfect condition, like new. The entire experience was very easy and the equipment worked well. I will definitely rent from Steven again.

Steven's shoot was canceled the day of the rental, shortly before he was supposed to pick up the gear. He was extremely cordial and did not request a refund. I was appreciative that he honored Sharegrid's cancellation policy to a "T".
