Unfortunately, you won't be dealing with Ray, but his friend Neil who is extremely rude and confrontational. To get to their office is unclear as there is a large tree blocking the entry way. Ray had an attitude when I called just to clarify how to get to the office. When I walked in, he pulled out his cell phone to take a photo of my license, which I was not comfortable with (because he was not Ray). I'm aware we need to present identification which I had no problem showing, as I've done with other rentals. However, Neil got aggressive and started cursing saying I should get the F out and called Ray saying "I refused to show my license". I messaged Ray immediately via the app and it took him several hours to respond. Good thing the nice people at share grid refunded my money so the rental itself never happened. The experience put such a bad taste in my mouth I ended up buying the camera.

Unfortunately Ray has some guy named Neil do everything. This guy proved to us to be antoginistic and incompetent. We waited for over 45 mins at the agreed time, and pickup location. Neil didn't answer our texts or calls until 2 hours later, saying we either had to come back, or if he were to drop it off to us, we'd have to pay an extra $75.
