Zach was extremely thorough throughout this entire process; so thorough that he actually crafted a short video explaining exactly what was to be included in the package. He went to UPS to ship it as soon as the payment was confirmed and he even sent me the tracking information before UPS. The day it was delivered he followed up once more to verify that it had arrived and that everything functioned as intended. Everything is in fantastic condition and the price that I bought this steadicam for was more than fair, especially when you factor in that it came shipped in a pelican case and included a goldmount battery plate which would normally coast an addition couple hundred dollars. I would highly recommend buying from Zach. He takes care of his equipment and is a stand-up guy all around.
