Everything went smoothly. Stephen was timely, accommodating to my time frame and courteous. His location was great as it's so close to B&H and several train options. The equipment was in good shape, having the card reader aloud me to transfer footage quickly without needing to find one separately and I really liked the tripod...smooth pan and tilt head was great!!
