Overall the rental was fine, I do feel both parties (her and her approved pickup/drop off) could've been better at being transparent about their shoot (time when they can drop-off to see if its even convenient for the owner as well), communication (overall planning/coordinating) and less passive aggressive in their tones(be more professional), especially when explaining I can't close the rental until I check for damages etc. but overall, it was fine.
