The rental was successfully completed. However, it was somewhat disjointed from the beginning. There seemed to be a lack of trust from the owner. They changed the drop off time to be earlier on the day of my shoot so I was quite stressed trying to get through it. My assigned pick up person had a distressing conversation with them as I was accused of damage to the lens. There was none. It was well looked after and never mishandled. Never had an issue prior to this exchange. Always dealt with professionals.
