Langston was polite and returned a functioning kit. He was punctual and accommodating. Although my overall feeling was negative because everything was just sort of just thrown into the kit. I always make sure at pick-up to run renters through the entire kit and make sure there are no questions so it's upsetting to see that parts of the Ronin were in the FX6 kit and vice versa. This worried me as this behavior could be emblematic of kit damage, forcing me to check and double-check all the gear.
