This was one of the more difficult Sharegrid experiences I've had to date.
They accepted the rental late at night, ghosted me for the entire pickup day until 10:30pm, well beyond the agreed upon window. They ended up dropping the lights off at 1am the morning before a 6am call. When it came time to return, they ghosted me again until around noon on the drop-off day when they messaged me saying they needed the lights back asap for another rental. This wouldn't have been an issue at all if they got back to me the evening before or even earlier that morning, but now I had an extra two-hour round trip to drop off these lights to an area I had already dropped off gear to other share grid renters earlier that day. To their credit, they offered to pickup, but that came after I had already started the drive to drop off the gear so it didn't help much.
tl/dr: bad rental experience, difficult to work with, expect communication only at the last moments possible.
